Who we are

This site is operated by the treasurer of the 2nd Wellington Scout Group, a voluntary association registered in Wellington, Somerset. It is hosted at secondwell.tomasz.engineering.

What we store

• The email addresses of committee members who have been invited to use the dashboard.
• Bank statements (PDFs) uploaded by the treasurer, and the transaction rows extracted from them.
• Sign-in events (timestamp and email) for security auditing.

What we don’t do

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics on this site. We do not sell or share data. Sign-in uses a single short-lived link sent to your email — there is no password to leak.

Your rights

If you have been invited to the dashboard and want your account removed, contact the treasurer.
